Rental terms, cancellation and refunds

This page summarizes our terms in plain language. The signed rental agreement is the binding contract — you receive it in full to read before signing, and if anything here differs from it, the agreement governs.
1. What we provide
We rent vehicles from our own fleet directly to qualified drivers in the Orlando and Orange County area, on a short-term basis, by the day. We do not sell vehicles, we do not broker rentals for anyone else, and we do not operate a rideshare or courier service.
You can collect the vehicle two ways:
- Pick-up by appointment at an agreed time and place in our service area. There is no charge for this.
- Vehicle delivery to Orlando International Airport (MCO) for the flat fee in section 3, charged per leg. You can request delivery only, collection only, or both. Other locations may be available — ask, and we will quote it in writing before you commit.
We do not provide a 24-hour roadside assistance service. If the vehicle has a problem during your rental, contact us and we will arrange towing or recovery for you — all towing must be arranged through us. See section 6 and the rental agreement.
2. Who can rent
- Drivers 25 years or older with a valid, unexpired driver's license.
- Your own auto insurance including liability, PIP, collision and comprehensive coverage, evidenced by your policy declarations page. Snyder Car Services LLC must be named as Additional Insured and Loss Payee. A Florida insurance ID card is not sufficient because it does not show collision, comprehensive, or policy limits.
- A credit or debit card in the renter's name, kept on file for the security deposit and for charges arising after return, such as tolls, citations, or damage found at inspection. You authorize those specific charges in writing when you sign the agreement.
We may decline a rental if these conditions are not met, including where a policy's liability limits are below the threshold at which Florida law exposes us to additional liability as the vehicle owner.
3. Rates and charges
Daily rates depend on the vehicle and are quoted before you commit. Your quote itemizes the rate, Florida sales tax (6% state plus Orange County surtax), the state rental surcharge, and the security deposit. The charges below are the complete schedule — nothing outside this list will appear on your rental.

If a vehicle is damaged during your rental, you are also responsible for repair costs, loss of use while the vehicle is out of service (at the daily rate, capped at 30 days), and diminished value, as set out in the rental agreement.
4. Security deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required before the vehicle is released. We release it within 7 days of you returning the vehicle, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear, no missing fuel, and no outstanding charges such as tolls or citations.
If we withhold any part of the deposit, we will tell you in writing what was withheld and why, with the supporting photos from the condition report. The condition report we complete together at pick-up and return exists precisely so this is never a matter of opinion.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Asking for a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A rental is only confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. From that point on, the terms below apply.

The $50 cancellation fee covers the administrative work already done on your rental — preparing the agreement, verifying your documents, and scheduling the vehicle. It is never charged when the cancellation is ours.
Returning the vehicle early
If you return the vehicle before your scheduled return date, we refund unused whole days at the daily rate. Partial days are not refunded. Taxes and the state surcharge on refunded days are refunded with them. There is no cancellation fee on an early return — the rental happened.
How to request a refund
Call or text (407) 955-2624, or email [email protected] with your name and rental dates. You don't need a form or a reference number.
- We respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we can't refund to a different card or by cash.
- Once we issue it, your bank typically posts it within 5 to 10 business days. That part is outside our control.
- If you think we got something wrong, call us first. We would much rather fix it directly than have you go through your bank, and it's faster for you.
6. Prohibited use
The following end the rental immediately and make you responsible for the full value of the vehicle. They are not technicalities we overlook — each one voids the insurance the rental depends on.
- Rideshare or delivery work — Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex or similar, without our written authorization.
- Allowing an unlisted person to drive.
- Re-renting or subletting the vehicle.
- More than 3 days outside Florida without written approval in advance.
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
- Towing, racing, off-road driving, or operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The rental agreement contains the complete list. Our vehicles carry GPS/telematics, which is disclosed in the agreement and consented to when you sign; we use it for vehicle recovery, maintenance and incident response.
7. Governing law
These terms and any rental agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Orange County, Florida.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. The terms in effect are the ones incorporated into your signed rental agreement at the time you signed it — a later change to this page does not alter a rental already under way.
